Fontaines D.C. just released their brand new single, ‘It’s Amazing To Be Young,” on Friday (February 21).  The Dublin indie rock band had been teasing fans with snippets and music video previews on social media this week, finally announcing the official release date of their new track on Instagram on Thursday. “Midnight. Our new song It’s Amazing To Be Young is out at midnight,” they wrote in the straightforward caption. Fontaines’ new single follows the release of “Bug” back in November 2024, which was the fifth single lifted from the band’s commercial and critical breakthrough, Romance, which was nominated for Best Rock Album at the recent Grammy Awards. Fontaines are set to embark on another US tour beginning on April 17 in Seattle, while the band is also nominated for International Group Of The Year at the upcoming BRIT Awards in March, where they are up against Amyl And The Sniffers, Confidence Man, Future and Metro Boomin, and Linkin Park.
