Bob Bryar, the onetime drummer of My Chemical Romance, has died at the age of 44. Bryar played in the beloved emo band between 2004 and 2010, and was My Chemical Romance’s longest-tenured drummer. Bryar initially replaced Matt Pelissier when he joined My Chemical Romance following the release of Three Cheers for Sweet Revenge in 2004. He then toured extensively with the group and played on their blockbuster 2006 album, The Black Parade, along with MCR’s fourth album, 2010’s Danger Days: The True Lives of the Fabulous Killjoys, as well as their rarities collection, Conventional Weapons. Bryar left  My Chemical Romance in 2010, and officially retired from the music industry in 2014. Bryar was found dead at his home in Tennessee on November 27th. No foul play is suspected, and a medical examiner is currently performing an autopsy to determine the cause of Bryar’s death. (Consequence of Sound)
