On Tuesday (March 11), Everclear announced the dates and details of their fall 2025 US tour in celebration of the 30th anniversary of their 1995 breakthrough album, Sparkle and Fade. Support for the sprawling 40-date tour will come from fellow 90s indie rock luminaries Local H and Sponge. The tour begins on September 4 in Los Angeles and concludes on November 2 in Chicago, stopping in major music markets like San Francisco, Portland, Denver, Austin, Boston, New York City, Philadelphia, and Minneapolis along the way. “In addition to all the hits and fan favorites, we’re going to pretty much play the whole album through the course of the show to commemorate this 30th anniversary,” Everclear frontman Art Alexakis said in a press release. “If you are a fan of this record, you do not want to miss this tour!” The platinum-certified Sparkle and Fade featured the hit single, “Santa Monica,” which reached No. 1 on Billboard‘s Mainstream Rock chart. Pre-sale starts on Thursday (March 13), with general on-sale beginning on Friday (March 14). (Consequence of Sound)
